Additionally, our activities, over each month will cover a wide range of interests. Our main aim is for everyone to have fun, but along the way children will be learning new skills and developing friendships.

The school governors are very pleased to be supporting families by providing wrap around care however no funding is available to set up and run the club, so all costs must be covered by payments from parents. Please spread the word about the club and help us make it a great success!

After school clubs and activities

We run a rich and varied programme of clubs. Most are run by staff, others are run by parent volunteers and we also have a number of qualified coaches who run some of our sports clubs. We are proud of the standards in our clubs and the children enjoy the exciting opportunities on offer. A letter with a sign-up form is sent out at the very end or beginning of each term. It is a great way for children to try out different things and to work with children from different age groups. We aim to keep the cost of clubs to a minimum and many are free. Some external club providers will liaise directly with parents for payment.

  • After school clubs generally run from 3.30pm until 4:15pm

A register is taken at the start of each club, so if your child has to miss a club for any reason, please ring the school to let them know.

‘Let your Light Shine’

Every day is an open day at Lambourn Church of England Primary School.  I welcome and encourage you to book your personal tour to visit our fantastic school.  I would be delighted to show you and your family how your children are at the centre of everything that we do in our rural school setting.  Our dedicated staff and smaller class sizes enhance engagement, participation and wellbeing to improve outcomes for all.  I look forward to sharing with you our love of learning.
